Shawn Ramey is the proprietor and creator of Elite Turf and its sibling firm, American Team LLC. Shawn and his late father Brian, both accomplished veterans, initiated American Team LLC in 2006 with the objective of guaranteeing customer satisfaction! At the beginning of their business, they offered entire property renovation services, revamping inside the house and supplying complete landscape designs.

After Brian passed away, Shawn began to pay more attention to mastering landscape design. As artificial grass was becoming increasingly popular, he quickly realized that this is the way of the future when it comes to water preservation and maintenance-free landscaping for his customers. Shawn became intensely devoted to learning everything he could about the industry. As of 2021, Shawn is renowned in Arizona as a preeminent specialist in residential and commercial artificial grass and hardscape design, being instrumental in the education and development of many local artificial grass companies and installers.
